Terms of Service

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account and one Blader Profile per person.
• Bladers under 18 need a parent or guardian to create and manage the account. The parent or guardian is responsible for the account, including any purchases made with it.
• Blader usernames and avatars must be appropriate for an all-ages community. We may change or remove names and images that aren't, and avatar photos are reviewed.

• By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from Stadium305 at the address on your account.
• Some emails are part of using the site: sign-in codes, tournament registrations and cancellations, order confirmations and shipping updates, and prize payouts. These go out as long as you have an account.
• We may also email you news, upcoming events and offers. You can turn these off any time in My Account under Email preferences, or by emailing us, and you'll keep getting the emails above.
• For a blader under 18, emails go to the parent or guardian who manages the account.

• Entering a tournament uses one Stadium Pass. Spots are limited and first come, first served.
• Hosts and judges run events, record results and make rulings. Their decisions at the event are final, subject to our review of clear errors.
• Play fair and be respectful. Cheating, tampering with equipment or results, harassment, or unsafe behavior can lead to disqualification, loss of prizes, and account suspension.
• If you don't check in, your spot may be released. See the FAQ for how check-in, no-shows and pass refunds work.
• Events can be rescheduled or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, registered bladers get their Stadium Pass credited back.
• An event that isn't finished within 24 hours of its start time is cancelled automatically: every entry is refunded, and the matches played at it don't count toward anyone's record, scores, ratings or leaderboards.
• Results, standings, stats and your blader username are shown publicly on brackets, leaderboards and profiles.
• Tournament and venue rules posted for a specific event also apply.

• A Stadium Pass is a single-use entry to one tournament. Passes don't expire.
• You can gift a pass to another blader. Once a gift is claimed it belongs to them.
• Passes have no cash value. When a Stadium Pass is refunded — for example, because an event is cancelled — it's refunded as a Stadium Pass back to your account, not as cash.
• If you'd like a cash refund for a purchased Stadium Pass instead, email info@stadium305.com and we'll review your request.
• Gifted passes are non-refundable. Once you send a pass to another blader, it can't be refunded or returned to you.

• A Rival Match Pass lets you challenge another blader during free play at an event.
• Rival Match Passes expire at the end of the calendar month they were issued in. This applies to every Rival Match Pass, including the free monthly pass and passes redeemed with Stadium Tokens. Unused passes don't roll over, don't stack, and aren't refunded, and the Stadium Tokens used to redeem them aren't returned.
• Rival Match Passes have no cash value and can't be returned or refunded.
• See the FAQ for how rival matches work, including when you keep your pass after a win.

• Stadium Tokens (ST) are earned by competing and placing, and can be redeemed in the Stadium Store.
• Tokens are issued and redeemed at a fixed rate of 100 ST per $1.00 of value. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, sold or transferred outside Stadium305, and can only be spent within Stadium305.
• Some events are run with tokens disabled; the event page says so before you register.
• We may correct balances that result from errors, and remove tokens gained through cheating or abuse.
• Prize pools are distributed as described on each event. How we calculate token awards may change over time.

• Prices, availability and product details can change, and we may limit quantities or cancel an order if an item is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel, you'll be refunded.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy. Delivery times are estimates, and farther destinations can take longer.
• To request any refund, email info@stadium305.com first, before returning anything.
• Pre-order and coming-soon items ship when they become available.

Hosting and venue partnerships require approval. Approved hosts and venues agree to run events safely and fairly, record results honestly, and follow any additional partner terms we provide. We may remove hosting or venue access at any time.

You keep ownership of content you upload, such as your avatar. You give us permission to display it on the site in connection with your account. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything offensive, hateful or unsafe. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or misuse the site.

Stadium305 is an independent community and store. Beyblade and related names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account any time from My Account.

• When you delete your account, it's locked and hidden right away and permanently deleted after 30 days.
• You can change your mind: sign back in within those 30 days and choose “Restore my account”.
• After 30 days, your account and personal data are deleted and can't be recovered. Unused Stadium Tokens, Stadium Passes and Rival Match Passes are forfeited.
• Your past match results stay in tournament brackets under an anonymous “Deleted Blader” name, so other bladers' results and ratings stay accurate. Order records are kept for tax and accounting purposes.

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Beyblade battles involve fast-spinning parts; follow event safety rules and supervise young bladers. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stadium305 isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. When we make meaningful changes we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
