Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened Beyblades and individual parts (for hygiene and product integrity)
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Rival Match Passes
• Stadium Passes that have been gifted to another blader

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@stadium305.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return shipping address and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship it back — return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Refund Processing

Every refund starts with an email to info@stadium305.com. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges — return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
