Privacy Policy

Account details. Your email address, your name if you provide it, and a password or Google sign-in. We never see your Google password.

Your Blader Profile. Your blader username, city and state, and an optional avatar photo. You can also save Bey presets.

Competition records. Tournament registrations and check-ins, match results and scores, finishes, placements, ratings, awards, rival challenges, and matches you judge or host.

Stadium Passes and Tokens. Your pass inventory, passes you gift or receive, and a log of Stadium Tokens you earn and spend.

Orders. What you buy, plus the name, email, phone number (optional) and shipping address you enter at checkout.

Applications and requests. If you apply to host, run a venue, or book a popup event, the contact and event details you send us. If you join a launch or updates list, your email address.

Payment details. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records information such as your browser type, device and pages visited so the site works and stays secure. Your browser also stores small items (like your cart and sign-in session) on your device.

Stadium305 is a competitive community, so some information is shown to everyone, including people who aren't signed in: your blader username, city, avatar, saved presets, match history, stats, ratings, awards and leaderboard positions, and your name on tournament brackets. Pick a blader username you're happy to be called at an event.

Your email address, phone number, shipping address, orders and token balance are never shown publicly.

• To run your account, register you for events, record results and keep leaderboards accurate.
• To process orders, ship them and handle returns.
• To issue, track and redeem Stadium Passes and Stadium Tokens.
• To send emails about your account, registrations, orders, shipping, cancellations and prize payouts.
• To send Stadium305 news, upcoming events and offers. You agree to these emails when you create an account, and you can turn them off any time (see Your choices).
• To review avatar photos so the community stays appropriate for all ages.
• To prevent fraud, cheating and abuse, and to keep the site secure.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

• Service providers that run parts of the site for us: our app and database host (Base44), Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and email delivery, and shipping carriers for orders.
• Tournament hosts and judges see the registration details they need to run an event (your blader name and check-in status).
• Venue partners may receive event totals for payouts, not your personal contact details.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our community.

Beyblade is for all ages, and we want families to feel safe here. If a blader is under 18, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account, using the parent's own email address. We don't knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a minor has given us information without a parent, contact us and we'll delete it.

We keep your account information while your account is open. When you delete your account, it's locked and hidden right away and permanently deleted 30 days later (you can restore it by signing back in before then). At that point your profile, avatar, contact details, presets, favorites, awards, passes and token history are deleted. Your past match results stay in brackets under an anonymous “Deleted Blader” name, so other bladers' results and ratings stay accurate. Order and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes.

• Edit your blader username, city and avatar any time from your Blader Profile.
• Delete your account from My Account. Your account is locked right away and permanently deleted after 30 days, unless you sign back in and restore it first.
• Turn off news, events and offers emails any time from My Account under Email preferences, or by emailing us. Emails about your account, registrations, orders and payouts still go out while you have an account.
• Email us to ask for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it.
• You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser; you'll be signed out and your cart may be emptied.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know by email or on the site.
