Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase.

Shipping Methods & Times

• US Ground Shipping (estimated 3–5 business days): FREE on every order — no minimum
• International Shipping: additional shipping fees apply

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders going farther away — California and the West Coast, Alaska or Hawaii, for example — can take longer than 5 business days to arrive.

Shipping within the US is on us, always. There's no order minimum and no surprise fee at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay. Orders ship from our USA-based warehouse.

Where We Ship

Shipping is free to all 50 US states. Products shipping outside the US to other countries will incur additional shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us at info@stadium305.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Shipping Delays

We're not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays. If your package is significantly delayed, reach out and we'll help track it down.
